The export of tiles and ceramics from Fars province has increased significantly.
According to the report of the Center of Fars Broadcasting News Agency, the Director General of Fars Customs said: In the first five months of this year, the export of tiles and ceramics of the province has increased more than a hundred times in terms of value.
Khodadad Rahimi stated that the export of tiles and ceramics during this period earned two million and 556 thousand and 518 dollars, adding: in the same period last year, 63 thousand and 65 dollars of tiles and ceramics were exported.
He added: India, Germany, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan and the countries of the Persian Gulf including Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar are among the main export destinations of Persian tiles and ceramics.
