The governor of Ferdows said: Ferdows industrial soils have a high ability to make tiles and ceramics.
“Mehdi Ebrahimi” said in an interview with ISNA reporter: “Agriculture today does not meet the economic needs of the society.”
He added: In the past, agriculture was the mainstay of the economy of the people of this region, but today, with the lack of water and multi-year droughts, with special attention to the two fields of industry and tourism, an effective step can be taken in the direction of youth employment.
The governor of Ferdows stated: Ferdows industrial soils have a great ability to make tiles and ceramics, and 40% of Ferdows soil, which includes bentonite and kaolin, is used for tiles.
